By booking or using TripCallExperts services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
TripCallExperts provides travel advisory and consultation services via video call. We are not a travel agency or booking platform and do not make reservations on behalf of clients.
2. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full before the call
Prices are listed in USD
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
3. Scheduling
Calls take place via Google Meet
After booking, calls are scheduled by email within a maximum of two (2) days based on availability
Time selection is based on Colombian time (GMT-5)
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Credits
No refunds are offered under any circumstances
If you cannot attend your scheduled call, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
If you cancel or miss your session, the paid amount will be kept as a credit and may be used for a future session
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
5. Disclaimer of Liability
TripCallExperts is not responsible for:
Travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or changes
Accidents, injuries, losses, or damages during travel
Decisions made by clients based on provided advice
All travel decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.
